Australian real estate company Dexus has announced the sale of BHP's Brisbane headquarters at 480 Queen Street for a net price of $657.3 million.[1] The transaction is expected to settle on December 1, 2024, with Dexus receiving approximately $259 million at closing, followed by a further $70 million in deferred payments in June 2028 at an annual interest rate of 6%.[1]
