龙岗区青龙湾·青年驿站在一年多时间内实现了快速扩张，床位数从2025年3月首批投入使用时的419张增至828张，提前超额完成2026年度的床位扩容建设目标[1]。全区在运营驿站达16个，实现11个街道全覆盖[1]。截至目前，该项目累计服务来深青年超2万名，累计受理入住申请超8.3万人次[1]。
通过提供免费短期住宿、就业指导、城市融入服务等措施，驿站构建起"求职—就业—留深"的全链条闭环[1]。超半数入住青年实现成功就业，其中六成青年选择留龙岗就业[1]。项目将青年平均求职周期缩至9.3天[1]，同时累计开设职业技能培训、兴趣拓展等课程与活动近230场，参与青年超1.2万人次[1]。此外，驿站还为OPC创业青年提供免费住宿服务，累计17名符合条件的创业青年入住[1]。
Longgang District's Qinglong Bay Youth Inn has significantly expanded its capacity and reach within a year, growing from 419 beds to 828 beds across 11 streets in the district [1]. This expansion has exceeded the 2026 target of "800+N" beds ahead of schedule [1]. Since the first batch of 13 youth inns launched in March 2025, the initiative has cumulatively served over 20,000 young newcomers to Shenzhen [1].
The program offers a comprehensive support system including free short-term accommodation, employment guidance, and urban integration services [1]. More than half of the young people who stayed at the inns successfully secured employment, with 60 percent choosing to remain and work in Longgang [1]. The initiative has reduced the average job-search period for participants to 9.3 days [1]. Additionally, the inns have hosted nearly 230 skill-training and interest-development courses and activities, attracting over 12,000 participant instances [1]. The district currently operates 16 youth inns in total, having received over 83,000 applications for accommodation [1]. The program has also provided free housing to 17 eligible OPC startup entrepreneurs [1].
