根据陆委会最新统计，2024年1月1日至7月22日期间，台湾民众赴陆失联、遭留置或被关押的通报案件累计402人[1]。其中失联154人、遭留置盘查32人、遭关押216人[1]。在遭关押的216人中，涉及诈骗案件134人（占比62%）、涉及其他刑事犯罪58人、涉及宗教问题23人、涉及国安问题1人[1]。
