活动邀请了三位专家分别从物流、人力资源和税务合规方面进行系统解析[1]，吸引了超200名商户及企业代表参与[1]。调研表明，商户最迫切的需求集中在知识产权保护、跨境争议调解及税务与海关政策咨询等方面[1]。该项目由福田区委政法委、福田区委社会工作部指导，福田区社会工作专项资金资助，河套国际商事调解中心承办[1]。
后续福田区将继续开展多项举措，包括定期普法宣讲、引入涉外调解人员、优化线上线下法律服务等[1]，进一步为华强北商户的跨境经营保驾护航。
Futian District has organized a legal education initiative targeting cross-border operational challenges faced by merchants in the Huaqiangbei market.[1] Through on-site research covering 15 professional markets in the district, authorities identified that merchants primarily encounter legal risks in product quality disputes, intellectual property infringement, tax compliance, and cargo transport liability issues.[1]
The workshop brought together over 200 merchants and business representatives to receive systematic guidance from three experts specializing in logistics, human resources, and tax compliance.[1] Survey findings revealed that payment barriers represent the most prominent concern when conducting transactions with foreign clients.[1] The merchants' most pressing needs center on intellectual property protection, cross-border dispute resolution, and consultation on tax and customs policies.[1]
The initiative, guided by the Futian District Political and Legal Committee and the Futian District Social Work Department and funded through the district's social work special fund, was hosted by the Hexi International Commercial Mediation Center.[1] The project will continue through multiple measures including regular legal seminars, introduction of personnel specialized in cross-border mediation, and optimization of legal services across both online and offline channels.[1]
