旅居荷兰大熊猫“朗月”平安抵达成都

旅居荷兰欧维汉动物园的大熊猫“朗月”于北京时间10月31日10时30分抵达成都双流国际机场 1。随后，“朗月”将前往中国大熊猫保护研究中心雅安基地，接受为期至少30天的隔离检疫 1。

“朗月”出生于2024年7月，是旅荷大熊猫“星雅”和“武雯”繁育的第二胎后代 1。“星雅”与“武雯”于2017年4月抵达荷兰，开启中荷大熊猫保护研究合作 1。在荷期间，两只大熊猫先后成功繁育成活两胎幼崽，分别是2020年出生的“梵星”和2024年出生的“朗月” 1。此前，“梵星”已于2023年9月返回中国 1。

Giant panda “Lang Yue,” who had been residing at Ouwehands Dierenpark in the Netherlands, arrived safely at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport on October 31 at 10:30 a.m. Beijing time 1. Following his arrival, “Lang Yue” will be transferred to the Ya’an base of the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda, where he will undergo isolation and quarantine for a period of at least 30 days 1.

“Lang Yue” was born in July 2024 as the second offspring of the traveling pandas “Xingya” and “Wuwen” 1. The parents, “Xingya” and “Wuwen,” arrived in the Netherlands in April 2017 to initiate Sino-Dutch cooperation on giant panda conservation and research 1. During their stay, they successfully raised two cubs: “Fanxing,” born in 2020, and “Lang Yue” 1. “Fanxing” has already returned to China in September 2023 1.
