农业农村部：全国秋粮收获已过八成 同比快于上年

农业农村部通报显示，目前全国秋粮收获进度已超过八成，整体速度快于上年同期。1 从区域进展来看，东北、西北、黄淮海主产区以及长江流域的中晚稻收获工作均已进入高峰期或完成度超过八成。1

在粮食生产方面，通过实施粮油作物大面积单产提升行动，我国多地创下高产纪录。1 新疆伊犁地区种植的311.56万亩玉米平均亩产达到1211.14公斤，这一成绩刷新了全球同尺度下的大面积单产最高水平。1 与此同时，内蒙古通辽有406.99万亩田块达到了“吨粮田”的生产标准，当地玉米单产也实现稳步提升。1 为支撑这些成果，相关部门遴选并推广了13项重大引领性技术、146个主导品种以及145项主推技术。1

秋冬种工作也在有序推进中，截至当前，全国冬小麦播种面积已完成三成以上。1 针对超强厄尔尼诺现象可能带来的农业风险，农业农村部已专门印发《应对超强厄尔尼诺强化农业防灾减灾技术意见》，以指导各地做好防灾准备。1

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has announced that the national harvest of autumn grain has surpassed the 80 percent mark, progressing faster than in the same period last year 1. Major production areas including Northeast China, Northwest China, the Huang-Huai-Hai region, and mid-to-late rice zones in the Yangtze River basin have all exceeded 80 percent completion or reached peak harvesting stages 1. These advancements are supported by the implementation of a large-scale yield improvement action for oil and grain crops 1.

Specific regional achievements highlight the impact of these measures. In Yili, Xinjiang, an average corn yield of 1,211.14 kilograms per mu was recorded across 3.1156 million mu, setting a global record for high-level large-area single-field yield at this scale 1. Similarly, in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, 4.0699 million mu of farmland achieved the "ton-grain field" production standard, with city-wide corn yields showing steady improvement 1. To support these outcomes, authorities selected and promoted 13 major leading technologies, 146 dominant crop varieties, and 145 primary recommended technologies 1.

Preparations for winter planting are also advancing steadily, with national winter wheat sowing now exceeding 30 percent completion 1. Amidst these operations, the Ministry issued technical guidelines specifically designed to strengthen disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities against risks posed by a super El Niño phenomenon 1.
