第140届广交会第二期于10月27日在广州闭幕，截至当日17时，已有来自218个国家和地区的27.8万名境外采购商到会，这一数字较上届同期增长13.4% 1。本期展会吸引了152家境外工商机构以及384家头部采购企业组团参会 1。

本次第二期展览聚焦“品质家居”主题，共有约1.1万家企业参展 1。在出口展区中，专精特新及单项冠军等优质企业超过3600家 1。展出产品总数达237.6万件，其中新产品、绿色产品及拥有自主知识产权产品的占比分别为24.2%、26.9%和25.0% 1。此外，进口展有来自27个国家和地区的213家企业参与 1。

据悉，第140届广交会第三期将于10月31日至11月4日举行，届时将围绕“美好生活”主题展开 1。
