福建省委书记赵龙表示将深化两岸融合，打造两岸融合发展示范区，强调福建与台湾"地相近、血相亲、心相通、商相融"1。今年推进落实十项促进两岸交流合作的政策措施1。中国国民党方面，洪秀柱表示"如果没有全体中华儿女浴血奋战，就没有台湾光复"1。同日，第八届中华民族抗日战争史与抗战精神传承研讨会也在福州举办1。

A seminar marking the 81st anniversary of Taiwan's return to China was held in Fuzhou on October 25, with approximately 200 attendees 1. The event brought together survivors' descendants of Taiwan's anti-Japanese resistance, families of revolutionary martyrs, youth from across the Taiwan Strait, as well as representatives from Hong Kong, Macau, and overseas communities 1.

Song Tao, director of the Central Committee for Taiwan Affairs of the Communist Party of China, emphasized that establishing Taiwan's Return to China Commemorative Day demonstrates firm resolve in safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity 1. He highlighted that General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out how the Chinese nation has written an inseparable history across the Taiwan Strait 1. Song also stated the importance of advancing cross-strait integrated development and steadfastly promoting national reunification 1. This year, ten policy measures to promote cross-strait exchanges and cooperation have been implemented 1.

Zhao Long, secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, pledged to deepen cross-strait integration and establish Fujian as a demonstration zone for cross-strait integrated development 1. He noted that Fujian and Taiwan are geographically close, share kinship ties, have emotional connections, and are commercially integrated 1.

Hung Hsiu-chu stated that without the bloodshed and sacrifice of all Chinese people in resistance, Taiwan's return to China would not have been possible 1. The Eighth Symposium on the History of the Chinese Nation's Anti-Japanese War and the Transmission of Anti-War Spirit was held in Fuzhou on the same day 1.
