英国招聘企业家旗下公司两度破产 负债超300万英镑后业务仍似乎卷土重来

Woosnam, who owned 99% of Premier Group Recruitment, had extracted nearly £2 million in dividends since 2022 before the company's collapse 1. Following the initial insolvency, he used a pre-packaged administration to transfer assets to a new entity, PGGBR Ltd, which he controlled 1. Under this arrangement, Woosnam committed to paying £600,000 to creditors across 24 monthly instalments of £25,000, though these promised payments were never made 1. PGGBR itself subsequently accumulated £400,000 in tax debts 1. Woosnam also extracted a £1.2 million director's loan from Premier Group and a further £200,000 from PGGBR 1.

The recruitment business has now resurfaced under the name Xpertis Talent, established in July 2026 and nominally owned by an individual residing in Thailand 1. At least eight former Premier Group employees now work for the new venture, which operates with similar business characteristics to its predecessors 1. Creditors are reportedly pursuing recovery action against Woosnam's Berkshire property, which he purchased in 2013 for £2.2 million 1.
