A carpenter named Kaylub Giamanco stopped a shooting at Silver Rail School in Bend, Oregon, after the gunman opened fire on students and staff earlier this month. 2 The shooter, identified as Griffin J John II, a former student who had participated in special education programs at the school, killed three students and one teacher before being fatally shot by Giamanco. 2
