中国外长王毅：中美有责任管控好人工智能

中国外长王毅在河北雄安新区出席2026全球治理论坛期间，与美国亚洲协会董事会共同主席桑顿及纽约时报专栏作家佛里曼举行会晤。1王毅表示，中美作为人工智能第一梯队国家，"有能力也有责任共同发展好、管控好人工智能"。1

王毅强调，中美既要防范人工智能发展带来的风险，也要展开合作，共同制定全球适用的规则标准，确保人工智能的发展始终受控于人、造福于民。1建立中美人工智能对话机制是2026年9月川习二会后取得的共识成果之一。1中国在雄安新区举办的2026全球治理论坛旨在汇聚各方共识，共同推动全球治理体系改革。1

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with John Thornton, co-chair of the American Asia Society's board of directors, and Thomas Friedman, a columnist for The New York Times, during the 2026 Global Governance Forum in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, on October 23, 2026.1 Wang Yi stated that "as countries in the first tier of artificial intelligence development, China and the United States have both the capability and responsibility to jointly develop and properly manage artificial intelligence."1

The foreign minister emphasized that both nations must ensure AI development "remains under human control and benefits humanity," while working to "not only prevent risks but also pursue cooperation."1 Wang Yi called for the establishment of shared global rules and standards applicable to artificial intelligence governance.1 The creation of a China-US artificial intelligence dialogue mechanism was identified as one of the consensus outcomes from the Xi-Trump meeting held in September 2026.1

The forum in Xiong'an New Area was organized as part of broader efforts to gather consensus among stakeholders and advance reforms to the global governance system.1
