王毅出席2026全球治理论坛（雄安）开幕式

中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅10月23日在河北雄安新区出席2026全球治理论坛开幕式。1王毅宣读了习近平主席的致信，并作主旨发言。1本次论坛以"重建信心与合作：百年变局与改革完善全球治理"为主题，吸引了来自90多个国家和联合国等国际及地区组织的近400名代表参与。1

王毅在发言中系统阐述了中国推进全球治理改革的八项务实行动。1这些行动包括：办好亚太经合组织领导人非正式会议、继续深入参与推进联合国改革、发挥全球治理之友小组的作用、推动《海洋生物多样性协定》全面有效实施、推动校正全球人权治理、发布《关于加强外空治理的中国立场》、发布《人工智能能力建设普惠计划进展报告》，以及成立全球治理研究中心。1王毅强调了中国作为联合国创始会员国和安理会常任理事国在全球治理中的责任担当。1

Foreign Minister Wang Yi attended the opening ceremony of the 2026 Global Governance Forum held in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province on October 23, reading a letter from President Xi Jinping and delivering the keynote address 1. The forum, themed "Rebuilding Confidence and Cooperation: A Centennial Shift and the Reform and Improvement of Global Governance," brought together nearly 400 participants from over 90 countries and international and regional organizations including the United Nations 1.

Wang Yi outlined eight concrete initiatives to advance global governance reform 1. These measures include successfully hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Leaders' Informal Meeting, deepening participation in United Nations reform efforts, leveraging the role of the Friends of Global Governance group, promoting comprehensive and effective implementation of the Marine Biodiversity Agreement, correcting the trajectory of global human rights governance, issuing China's position on strengthening outer space governance, releasing a progress report on China's artificial intelligence capacity-building inclusivity plan, and establishing a Global Governance Research Center 1. Wang Yi emphasized China's responsibility as a founding member of the United Nations and a permanent member of the Security Council in advancing these initiatives 1.
