王毅同刚果（布）外长邦达举行会谈

中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅于10月22日在北京同刚果（布）外长邦达举行会谈。1双方讨论了中刚关系发展、务实合作、中非合作论坛框架下的合作，以及国际事务中的协调配合。1

王毅表示中刚关系发展势头强劲，刚果（布）是第一个同中国签署共同发展经济伙伴关系协定早期收获安排的非洲国家。1他指出中非合作论坛北京峰会成果落实进展率接近100%，并透露第十届中非合作论坛部长级会议预定于2027年在刚召开。1

邦达重申刚果（布）坚定恪守一个中国原则，表示中国实施的零关税政策使包括刚方在内的非洲国家广泛受益。1两国承诺推进高水平命运共同体建设。1

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks with Congo (Brazzaville) Foreign Minister Banda in Beijing on October 22, 2026.1 The two officials discussed bilateral relations, practical cooperation, collaboration within the framework of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and coordination on international affairs.1

Wang Yi highlighted that China-Congo relations have maintained strong momentum, noting that Congo (Brazzaville) was the first African nation to sign an early harvest arrangement under a joint economic partnership agreement with China.1 He also reported that implementation of outcomes from the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation has achieved nearly 100 percent progress.1 The two countries committed to advancing high-level community of shared destiny building.1 Wang Yi announced that the tenth ministerial conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation is scheduled to be held in Congo (Brazzaville) in 2027.1

Banda reaffirmed Congo (Brazzaville)'s firm commitment to the one-China principle.1 He also noted that China's zero-tariff policy has brought widespread benefits to African countries including Congo (Brazzaville).1
