深圳五大口岸全域禁烟 违规吸烟罚款50至500元

深圳市在罗湖、文锦渡、皇岗、深圳湾、福田五大口岸实现全域禁烟，各口岸内不再设置吸烟点1。违规吸烟者将面临阶梯式罚款，一般情况下罚款50元并当场收缴，拒不改正者罚款200元，妨碍执法者罚款500元1。电子烟也被纳入禁烟范围，使用者同样要接受处罚1。

此外，广深港高铁西九龙站口岸和莲塘口岸除指定吸烟点外均为禁烟区1。深圳市控制吸烟协会联合相关部门于6月13日在福田口岸启动无烟口岸建设宣传活动1，通过趣味问答、柔性劝导等方式开展倡导工作，吸引200余名深港游客参与标语创意活动1。口岸已建立每周常态化控烟志愿劝导机制1。
