龙华区已在全区各街道及重点产业园区布设50余台域外法律查明导航仪AI终端，建立了市级枢纽、区分中心、街道园区服务点的三级服务网络。1分中心面向跨境电商、电子信息等重点领域企业，提供域外法律查明、合规辅导、争议调解、培训交流、资源对接等五类服务。1此外，龙华在民治街道跨境电商涉外法律服务基地及各重点产业园区设立青年律师公益岗，每周固定半天提供免费的现场或线上涉外法律咨询。1
Shenzhen's Enterprise Overseas Legal Service and Inquiry Center established a Longhua branch to support businesses navigating cross-border operations.1 The branch was set up at the Minzhi Subdistrict Cross-border E-commerce Overseas Legal Service Base1 and is coordinated by the Longhua District Committee's Political and Legal Affairs Commission, working collaboratively with the District Justice Bureau, Industry and Information Bureau, and Commerce Bureau.1
The service network adopts a three-tier structure spanning municipal coordination centers, district branches, and subdistrict and industrial park service points.1 Over 50 AI-powered legal inquiry terminals have been deployed across the district's various subdistricts and key industrial parks.1 The center provides five categories of services: overseas legal research and clarification, compliance guidance, dispute mediation, training and exchange, and resource connection.1 Recognizing common pain points enterprises face during internationalization—difficulty locating applicable laws, slow coordination, and high costs—the branch offers free in-person and online overseas legal consultations on a fixed schedule of half a day per week.1 Young volunteer lawyers are stationed at the Minzhi Subdistrict base and key industrial parks to provide these consultations.1
