大会期间发布了《广东省脑机接口产业发展白皮书》及产业图谱1，成立了粤港澳大湾区脑机接口新质生产力协同发展创新联合体和深圳市脑机接口产业协会1，并启动了标准体系建设1。深圳先进院建设的脑解析与脑模拟重大科技基础设施已于2024年12月正式启动运行1，累计服务超145家单位、380余个研发团队1，注册用户超1000人1。该设施拥有非人灵长类实验动物运行笼位900个、啮齿类实验动物运行笼位28000个1，设备累计运行机时超9万小时，可服务项目超500项1。
光明区已集聚脑科学企业94家，总估值超110亿元1，落地11.6亿元"种子+产业"梯度化基金1。
The first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area International Brain-Computer Interface Industry Innovation Conference opened on October 21 at the Shenzhen Guangming Life Science Park, bringing together over 1,600 participants from academia, industry, research institutions, medicine, finance, and government sectors.1 The conference centered on advancing coordinated development of the brain-computer interface industry, with the theme "Building the Greater Bay Area with 'brain,' creating a better world with 'chip.'"1
Several major initiatives were unveiled at the event, including the release of the Guangdong Province Brain-Computer Interface Industry Development White Paper and industry roadmap, the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Brain-Computer Interface New Quality Productive Forces Collaborative Development Innovation Consortium and the Shenzhen Brain-Computer Interface Industry Association, and the launch of a standards system construction framework.1 The Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology's Brain Analysis and Brain Simulation Major Science and Technology Infrastructure Facility commenced operations in December 2024 and has since served over 145 organizations and 380 research teams, with more than 1,000 registered users.1 The facility operates 900 non-human primate animal cages and 28,000 rodent animal cages, accumulating over 90,000 hours of equipment runtime and supporting more than 500 projects.1
Guangming District has attracted 94 brain science enterprises with a combined valuation exceeding 11 billion yuan, and a 1.16 billion yuan "seed plus industry" tiered fund has been deployed to support development.1
