环杭州湾现代纺织服装集群已成为我国纺织产业的核心集聚地。该集群现已汇聚纺织服装企业6500余家，其中包括2家世界500强企业、51家国家级制造业单项冠军和60家专精特新"小巨人" 1。2025年该集群规上企业营收达1.12万亿元，占全国纺织产业总量的25% 1。在化纤、印染面料等10个细分领域，该集群的市场占有率均位居全球第一 1。整个产业链上，我国国产纺织装备自给率达85%以上，化纤产量占全球75%以上 1。

Core equipment from Zhejiang Jingong has been shipped to South Korea, marking a milestone in the industry's shift toward high-end autonomous production.1 The delivery timeline for imported carbonization lines has been dramatically reduced from 15 months internationally to just 3 months domestically, with three production lines delivered in March alone.1 Debugging cycles have similarly contracted from two months to as little as one week or half a month.1
The technical precision required for these systems is substantial, with preoxidation furnaces achieving temperature uniformity within plus or minus 2.5 degrees Celsius and wind speed uniformity of 3 meters per second.1 This advancement reflects broader improvements in China's textile manufacturing capabilities, where the domestic supply rate for textile equipment exceeds 85 percent, and domestic chemical fiber production accounts for more than 75 percent of global output.1
The Hangzhou Bay region has emerged as a hub for this transformation, hosting the modern textile and apparel cluster that encompasses over 6,500 enterprises.1 This concentration includes 2 Fortune 500 companies, 51 national manufacturing champions in specialized fields, and 60 specialized and sophisticated "small giant" enterprises.1 In 2025, enterprises above designated size in this cluster generated 1.12 trillion yuan in revenue, representing 25 percent of China's total textile industry output.1 The region has achieved global market leadership in ten specialized segments, including chemical fibers and printed fabrics.1
