蓝佛安表示，中方将落实会议达成的重要共识，为11月举行的领导人非正式会议作出积极贡献1。
The 33rd APEC Finance Ministers' Meeting concluded on October 21 in Hong Kong, presided over by China's Finance Minister Lan Fo'an.1 The two-day gathering, held from October 20 to 21, brought together more than 300 representatives from APEC member economies, observer economies, and international organizations.1
The meeting approved and released two major statements: the 2026 APEC Finance Ministers' Joint Statement and the Asia-Pacific Regional Digital Infrastructure Financing Policy Statement, producing four outcome documents in total.1 These agreements deepened consensus among participating economies in three key areas—macroeconomic policy coordination, practical financial cooperation, and regional integration processes.1 Additionally, the ministers finalized the Report on Supporting Livelihood Development and Investment in People: Fiscal Policy for Sustainable Growth in the Asia-Pacific Region and the Inclusive Finance Innovation Practice Case Collection for the Asia-Pacific Region.1
Minister Lan stated that China will implement the important consensus reached at the meeting and make positive contributions to the leaders' informal meeting scheduled for November.1
