此次调整还扩大了申购队列覆盖范围。90平方米以下房源由原来的四个队列增至五个队列，新增第五队列面向刚来深圳的新市民和改善家庭1。第三梯队申购门槛已降至中专学历1。今年3月该项目4房房源申购时也曾放宽条件，第六队列面向具有本科学历或技师资格且有二孩家庭的申购者，社保满3年即可申购1。

Earlier in March of this year, the same project had eased criteria for four-bedroom units, introducing a sixth tier for university graduates or skilled technicians with two children, requiring only three years of social insurance contributions 1.
