龙华区荣获2026年平安广东建设最高荣誉"平安鼎"奖1。

今年以来，龙华区综治中心大厅办结率超过98%1。政法特色民意速办平台全年受理群众诉求近40万件，按时办结率、规范办结率及群众满意度均居全市前列1。

龙华区全区刑事治安警情连续五年下降，群众安全感和对政法工作的满意度连续三年稳步提升1。龙华区组建了3.7万人的群防群治队伍，建成1478个"最小应急单元"1。同时，该区推动了区级综治中心升级改造，扩展1200平方米服务空间，推进6个街道综治中心和69个社区综治中心的规范化建设1。此外，龙华区建立了全国首个区级调解院，创设简案速裁中心1。

Longhua District has received the "Peace Tripod" award, the highest honor in Guangdong Province's peace and security construction for 2026.1 The district has demonstrated exceptional performance across multiple public service indicators, with its comprehensive management center achieving a case resolution rate exceeding 98% this year.1 The police-focused public opinion rapid-handling platform received and processed approximately 400,000 public complaints throughout the year, ranking first in the city for timely resolution rate, standard completion rate, and public satisfaction.1

The district's achievements reflect sustained improvements in public safety and governance. Criminal and public security incidents have declined consecutively for five years, while public safety perception and satisfaction with police work have risen steadily for three consecutive years.1 These results have been built through organizational and institutional reforms, strengthened community-based prevention and control measures, and advanced digital governance approaches.1 The district has assembled a community prevention and control force of 37,000 people and established 1,478 "minimum emergency response units" across its jurisdiction.1

Infrastructure modernization has supported these improvements, with the district-level comprehensive management center undergoing a 1,200-square-meter service space upgrade and modernization of six street-level and 69 community-level management centers.1 The district established the nation's first district-level mediation court and created a simplified case rapid adjudication center.1 Managing a population exceeding three million residents with among the city's highest population density, Longhua District continues to enhance service efficiency and community safety through these integrated efforts.1
