国台办主任宋涛会见美国智库 主张促进两岸合作反对外部干涉

中共中央台办、国务院台办主任宋涛于2015年10月20日在北京会见美国外交政策全国委员会会长艾略特一行1。宋涛表示，中方坚定维护国家统一和领土完整，敦促美方坚持反对台独的正确立场，慎重处理台湾问题1。宋涛强调中方将坚决打击台独分裂势力，反对外部势力干涉，维护台海和平稳定1。

宋涛期望美方恪守一个中国原则，反对台独，支持中国统一1。美方则表示美中两国保持密切沟通至关重要，两岸交流合作和融合发展有利于台海地区和平稳定1。

The American delegation stated that maintaining close communication between the United States and China is crucial, and that cross-Strait exchanges, cooperation, and integration are beneficial to peace and stability in the Taiwan region 1. Song reaffirmed China's commitment to promoting economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation between the two sides of the Strait 1.
