三季度1.92亿人次出入境 免签入境外国人同比增长24.1%

国家移民管理局公布的三季度数据显示，全国移民管理机构查验出入境人员1.92亿人次，同比上升7.9%1。其中内地居民9596万人次、港澳台居民7314万人次、外国人2327.2万人次1。外国人入境1160.1万人次，同比上升15.6%1。

免签入境政策成效显著，899.2万外国人采用免签方式入境，占入境外国人总数的77.5%，同比增长24.1%1。出入境证件办理量保持较高水平，三季度签发普通护照533.8万本、港澳台证件签注2878.9万张（件）次、外国人签证证件60.3万证次1。内地居民出境主要目的地为香港、澳门、韩国、越南、泰国、日本、新加坡、马来西亚、俄罗斯和印度尼西亚1，入境外籍旅客来源地排名前十的国家为俄罗斯、韩国、越南、马来西亚、美国、蒙古国、日本、新加坡、泰国和澳大利亚1。

在加强口岸边境管理方面，移民管理部门取得显著成效，三季度破获毒品案件110起，缴获毒品1.88吨；查缴枪支402支、子弹1.3万余发1。

China's National Immigration Administration reported that the country processed 192 million border crossings in the third quarter of 2026, representing a 7.9% year-on-year increase 1. Foreign visitor arrivals reached 11.601 million for the quarter, marking a 15.6% rise compared to the same period last year 1. Among these, visa-free entries by foreign nationals amounted to 8.992 million, constituting 77.5% of all foreign arrivals and demonstrating a significant 24.1% year-on-year growth 1. The administration issued over 6 million travel documents during the period, including 5.338 million ordinary passports, 28.789 million Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan travel permits and endorsements, and 603,000 foreign visa certificates 1.

Russian, South Korean, and Vietnamese visitors topped the list of foreign arrivals, followed by Malaysian, American, and Mongolian nationals 1. For mainland residents traveling abroad, Hong Kong and Macau remained the primary destinations, with South Korea, Vietnam, and Thailand also ranking among the top ten 1. In border security enforcement, authorities uncovered 110 drug-related cases and seized 1.88 tons of narcotics, while also confiscating 402 firearms and over 13,000 rounds of ammunition 1.
