根据国家发展改革委政策研究室副主任、新闻发言人李超的介绍，项目涉及多个重点领域1。其中，智慧矿山领域将激活超过2800座矿山的场景资源1；脑机接口领域围绕诊断、治疗、辅助、消费等环节开展验证1；电力能源领域包括冀北亿千瓦级新能源服务京津冀能源绿色转型的应用场景1。
The National Development and Reform Commission unveiled 136 landmark major application scenario projects on October 20, according to Li Chao, deputy director and spokesperson of the commission's Policy Research Office 1. The initiative aims to validate new technologies, products, and business models in real-world settings and accelerate their commercial deployment.
The projects are designed around three core objectives: verifying the reliability and feasibility of emerging technologies in actual operational environments, opening scenario resources to various business entities including private enterprises and small-to-medium enterprises for participation, and developing replicable solutions and management standards that can be applied more broadly 1. Key sectors targeted include smart mining, brain-computer interfaces, and power and energy systems. In the smart mining domain alone, the projects will unlock scenario resources across more than 2,800 mines 1. Brain-computer interface applications will be tested across diagnostic, therapeutic, assistive, and consumer-oriented segments 1. The power and energy sector includes a scenario involving gigawatt-scale renewable energy capacity in Hebei serving the green energy transition of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region 1.
