保加利亚总统约托娃会见王毅

中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅于2026年10月19日在保加利亚索非亚会见了保加利亚总统约托娃。1约托娃表示保加利亚将继续奉行一个中国政策，期待在农业、科技、教育、新能源等领域深化合作，并希望尽快同中国开通直航。1王毅转达了习近平主席的问候，表示中方愿与保方加强沟通、拓展合作，共同践行多边主义。1

此次访问期间，王毅还分别会见了保加利亚总理拉德夫、副总理普列夫，同保加利亚外长佩特罗娃进行了会谈。1在与佩特罗娃见记者时，王毅介绍了本次出访阿塞拜疆、克罗地亚、黑山、保加利亚四国的感受，强调信任是和平基石、友谊是宝贵财富、合作是坚实动力、伙伴是共同目标。2王毅表示"中国和欧盟完全可以通过对话协商妥处分歧"，表明中方愿与各国维护和平、推动发展。2
