长江中下游仍多降雨 北方多地将度过下半年来最冷一天

中央气象台预报，10月20日至22日，一股较强冷空气将影响中国。1北方大部地区最高气温将降至20℃以下，其中西北、华北北部、东北的部分地区不足10℃。121日和22日，北方大部地区将迎来下半年来最冷的早晨，太原、银川等地气温首次跌破冰点。1降温后，最低气温0℃线将南压至陕西中部、山西南部、河北北部、北京北部、辽宁中部一带。1

降水方面，长江中下游地区今日降雨有所减弱，明后两天中东部降水稀少。1北方部分地区将出现明显降雪，黑龙江东南部、吉林东部等地部分地区有大雪。1新疆北疆阿勒泰山区、塔城高海拔山区等地部分地区有暴雪，局地大暴雪。1另外，台湾岛中东部有暴雨到大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。1

China's Central Meteorological Administration has forecast that a significant cold air mass will affect the country from October 20 to 22, bringing the coldest temperatures of the second half of the year to much of the north 1. During this period, maximum temperatures across northern regions will fall below 20°C, with parts of the northwest, northern North China Plain, and northeast experiencing temperatures below 10°C 1. Major cities including Taiyuan and Yinchuan are expected to dip below freezing for the first time since the start of the second half of the year 1.

The coldest conditions will occur on the mornings of October 21 and 22, when most of northern China will experience its lowest temperatures in six months 1. The 0°C isotherm will advance southward to areas including central Shaanxi, southern Shanxi, northern Hebei, northern Beijing, and central Liaoning 1. Simultaneously, heavy snowfall is anticipated in parts of southeastern Heilongjiang and eastern Jilin 1, while the Altai Mountains in northern Xinjiang and high-altitude regions of Tacheng are forecast to receive blizzard conditions, with some areas experiencing severe blizzards 1.

Rainfall patterns in the Yangtze River middle and lower reaches will shift during the period, with precipitation weakening today and sparse precipitation expected across central and eastern regions over the following two days 1. In contrast, Taiwan's central and eastern sections will experience torrential to extremely heavy rainfall 1.
