常州举办第27期CSR思享荟，探讨新能源企业出海ESG竞争力

专家指出，全球ESG规则正沿四条主线发生重大变化：从自愿碳足迹向强制转变，监管范围从企业扩展到供应链，评估范围从生产环节延伸至全生命周期，竞争维度从产品品质升级为规则竞争1。新能源企业出海面临监管、市场、资本和信任四道门槛1。天合光能和中创新航等行业代表介绍了各自的应对实践：天合光能凭借20多年的全球化经验，建立了层层穿透的下游客户供应链尽职调查机制1；中创新航以电池护照要求为牵引，建立原材料溯源体系并实行一票否决制度1。

常州正将ESG融入城市治理和产业转型1。该市已建成9家国家级绿色工业园区、101家绿色工厂，并在全国首创502位首席双碳官的配置1，推进国家碳达峰试点建设1。

According to forum participants, the global regulatory landscape is undergoing significant transformation along four trajectories: the shift from voluntary carbon footprint reporting to mandatory requirements, expansion of scrutiny from individual enterprises to their entire supply chains, broadening of assessment from production processes to full product lifecycles, and evolution from product-based competition to rules-based competition 1. Trina Solar, drawing on over two decades of global expansion experience, now faces multi-layered supply chain due diligence requirements from downstream customers 1. CITIC New Energy has implemented traceability systems for raw materials guided by battery passport requirements and enforces a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance 1.

Changzhou has undertaken substantial efforts to integrate ESG principles into urban governance and industrial transformation as a national carbon neutrality pilot city 1. The city has established nine national-level green industrial parks, designated 101 factories as green facilities, and pioneered the appointment of 502 chief sustainability officers 1.
