其他典型案例还包括：山东菏泽某牧业公司无种畜禽生产经营许可证销售588头仔猪，违法所得43.57万元，2025年7月被罚款1；福建长汀县陈某未经授权使用亲本制种，生产水稻种子1.66万公斤、货值26.9万元，侵犯品种权，2025年5月被没收种子并罚款1；内蒙古临河区某农业科技公司将授权品种"HXX"更换名称为"中X"申请登记，销售10袋、货值0.3万元，2025年9月被停止侵权、没收并罚款1。农业农村部门通过加强监管执法和行刑衔接，严厉打击种业领域违法行为，维护农民合法权益1。
