东北和南方多地降水频繁 长江以北地区气温持续偏低

未来三天，一股冷空气将持续影响我国，带来明显的降水和气温下跌。1其中，东北地区和长江中下游一带降水频繁，内蒙古东北部、黑龙江西北部局地将出现暴雪或大暴雪。1同时，长江以北地区气温持续偏低，多地将创下今年下半年的气温新低。1

气温下降幅度较为显著。1内蒙古、山西等局地降幅超过10℃，19日至21日中东部大部地区将出现4至8℃的降温，部分地区降幅可达10至12℃。121至22日，最低气温0℃线将推进至辽宁南部、河北北部、山西南部、陕西中部、甘肃南部一线；最低气温10℃线则南压至苏皖南部。1太原、银川21日早晨最低气温将跌破冰点，呼和浩特、西宁降至零下5℃左右，合肥、南京21日最低气温将降至个位数。1此外，长江以北大部地区伴有4至5级偏北风，阵风可达6至8级。1
