XPeng Motors has positioned itself as an active participant in the flying vehicle segment, having secured over 7,000 pre-orders for flying car models.1 The company has completed construction of what it describes as the world's first flying vehicle manufacturing facility designed for mass production, with planned annual capacity of 10,000 units and a building area of 120,000 square meters.1 XPeng has set a target to achieve mass production of its first flying vehicle this year.1
