10月12日，深圳光明区在新湖街道举办"科技副总"产学研对接活动第三场，中山大学专家与40余名企业代表参会1。活动采用"企业出题、高校解题、政府搭台"的模式实现精准对接1，现场中科阿尔诺与中山大学药学院、涌源合生与生物医学工程学院等多家企业与高校专家达成初步合作意向1。
光明区依托地缘优势，通过建立全要素支撑体系促进创新链条打通1。截至目前，该区已推动"科技副总"对接项目9个、推荐产业教授7人、培育优质孵化项目131个，促成38批校企研联合攻关项目落地1。为加速科研成果转化，光明区整合了600余台科研设备开放共享、5个概念验证中心、3个中小试基地、4个中试平台、4.77万平方米孵化空间，并引入20余家投融资机构提供支撑1。

The gathering adopted an "enterprises pose problems, universities solve them, government provides the platform" model to facilitate precise alignment between academic institutions and businesses 1.
Multiple enterprises and Sun Yat-sen University experts reached preliminary cooperation agreements on the spot 1. Notably, China Science Arnuo and the School of Pharmacy, as well as Yongyuan Hesheng and the School of Biomedical Engineering, each established initial collaborative intentions 1. The initiative leverages geographical advantages to accelerate the transformation and commercialization of research outcomes, supported by a comprehensive ecosystem of resources 1.
To date, the "Technology Deputy General Manager" mechanism has facilitated docking of 9 projects, recommended 7 industry professors, cultivated 131 high-quality incubation projects, and enabled 38 batches of university-enterprise collaborative research initiatives to be implemented 1. The supporting infrastructure includes over 600 research instruments available for shared use, 5 proof-of-concept centers, 3 pilot-scale production bases, 4 demonstration platforms, 47,700 square meters of incubation space, and over 20 investment and financing institutions 1.
