深圳螺岭片区改造项目首开区签约率超98%，首批交房率突破三成

深圳螺岭片区改造项目首开区的搬迁工作进展顺利。1截至10月11日，首开区签约率已超过98%，第一批次累计交房189户，交房率达30.05%。1该项目涉及龙飞大楼、赛龙大院、物资大院、竹边新村、名文阁、名阳阁六个楼栋。1

为激励业主按期搬迁，项目配套出台了多项搬迁激励政策。1首批楼栋集中搬迁窗口期于10月15日开启，周期为60个自然日，至12月13日。1在2026年11月13日前完成搬迁的业主可申领每平方米200元的奖励，交房的居住功能房屋可获得50分选房积分。1

改造完成后，该片区将新增公共配套设施，总面积达13300平方米，包括幼儿园、学校、社康中心、长者服务中心等。1

Additionally, households receiving residential units can obtain 50 selection points for school placement 1. The relocation cycle spans 60 natural days 1. The participating buildings comprise six structures: Longfei Building, Sailong Courtyard, Materials Courtyard, Zhubian New Village, Mingwen Pavilion, and Mingyang Pavilion 1.

Following the completion of the renewal, the district will feature public facilities totaling 13,300 square meters in area 1. These amenities will include a kindergarten, school, community health center, and elderly service center 1.
