全国各地天气分化明显。新疆大部、甘肃大部、宁夏、内蒙古西部、陕西中北部、山西、京津冀、山东、河南中北部、江西中南部、浙江中南部、福建、广东中东部等地适宜登高。1相比之下，吉林东南部、辽宁东部、苏皖大部、湖北、湖南、重庆、贵阳、云南中南部、广西、广东西部、海南等地有雨水天气，内蒙古东北部、黑龙江北部、青海中南部、西藏北部和东部则有降雪，均不适宜登山。1

重阳节登高的十大名山依次为泰山、华山、衡山、恒山、嵩山、黄山、庐山、雁荡山、香山、武当山。1气象部门提醒登山者做好防护准备，需备厚冲锋衣、帽子、手套等保暖衣物，因山区多大风天气。1此外，山路起伏较大，登山者应量力而行，防止摔倒或扭伤。1

According to the map, hiking conditions will be favorable across much of the country, with suitable climbing weather expected in Xinjiang, most of Gansu, Ningxia, western Inner Mongolia, central and northern Shaanxi, Shanxi, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Shandong, central and northern Henan, central and southern Jiangxi, central and southern Zhejiang, Fujian, and central and eastern Guangdong 1. However, rainfall is anticipated in southeastern Jilin, eastern Liaoning, most of Jiangsu and Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Guiyang, central and southern Yunnan, Guangxi, western Guangdong, and Hainan, while snow is forecast for northeastern Inner Mongolia, northern Heilongjiang, central and southern Qinghai, and northern and eastern Tibet 1.

Ten renowned mountains have been highlighted for the occasion: Mount Tai, Mount Hua, Mount Heng, Mount Heng in Shanxi, Mount Song, Mount Huang, Mount Lu, Mount Yandang, Mount Xiang, and Mount Wudang 1. Hikers are advised to prepare thick windproof jackets, hats, and gloves due to strong winds common in mountainous areas, and should proceed carefully on steep terrain to prevent falls or sprains 1.
