迪拜机场自贸区总裁率团到访深圳出海e站通

10月13日，迪拜机场自贸区总裁阿姆娜·卢塔率代表团到访深圳出海e站通，与中国出海企业代表举行座谈。1 会上，阿姆娜·卢塔介绍了迪拜的营商环境与优惠政策，包括100%外资持股、无个人所得税、符合条件的转口贸易免征增值税、可减免9%企业所得税等措施。1 双方围绕中国企业赴迪拜投资及拓展中东和非洲市场进行了交流。1

On October 13, Dubai Airport Free Zone President Amna Lootah led a delegation to visit Shenzhen's Outbound E-Station Hub, where they engaged in discussions with representatives from multiple Chinese export-oriented enterprises 1. During the meeting, Lootah presented Dubai's business environment, preferential policies, and available services to facilitate Chinese companies' expansion into the Middle East and African markets 1.

The Dubai Airport Free Zone, established in 1996, has attracted over 3,400 enterprises and offers substantial incentives for foreign investment, including 100% foreign ownership, no personal income tax, value-added tax exemption for eligible re-export trade, and potential corporate income tax reductions of up to 9% 1. The zone has registered over 50 new multinational enterprises this year, with overall trade performance exceeding the previous year's comparable period 1. Lootah committed to signing a memorandum of understanding and providing free office space within the free zone to serve as a liaison point for future cooperation 1.

The region presents significant opportunities for Chinese businesses, as the Middle Eastern e-commerce market has maintained an average annual growth rate of approximately 16% in recent years 1. Currently, approximately 400,000 Chinese nationals have established businesses in Dubai 1. The Dubai Commercial City, which opened in 2021 with a total investment of nearly $1 billion, has already accommodated over 550 enterprises and more than 5,000 employees 1.
