发布的案例涉及多个社会关切领域。其中一件案例与2024年4月4日发生在东莞的护理院火灾相关，该事故造成4人死亡、9人受伤，直接经济损失280.17万元1。另一件涉及电信诈骗的案例中，27人共骗取196名被害人930余万元，相关部门已追回820余万元1。在养老纠纷方面，一起赡养费案件涉及一名老人因脑溢血住院产生的46886.46元花费，法院判决其三名子女应各支付赡养费500元/月1。此外，6家虚假宣传养老产品的违法经营者被处以罚款，总计55万元1。

The released cases illustrate the comprehensive application of the procuratorate's four prosecutorial functions—criminal, civil, administrative, and public interest litigation—in protecting elderly citizens.1 One case involved a nursing home fire in Dongguan on April 4, 2024, which resulted in four deaths, nine injuries, and direct economic losses of 2.8017 million yuan.1 Another case exposed a telecommunications fraud scheme in which 27 perpetrators defrauded 196 elderly victims of over 9.3 million yuan, with authorities recovering more than 8.2 million yuan.1 A family support dispute case involved an elderly person who incurred medical expenses of 46,886.46 yuan following a cerebral hemorrhage, with the court ordering three adult children to each contribute 500 yuan monthly in spousal support.1 Additionally, prosecutors secured penalties totaling 550,000 yuan against six operators engaged in unlawful practices involving fraudulent promotion.1
