另一起收藏品诈骗案中，被告人冒充交易中介和买家，以高价回购为幌子，在2024年4月至2025年1月期间骗取6名老年被害人共22万余元。1被告人岳某、杨某分别被判处有期徒刑三年九个月，各处罚金3.5万元。1两起案件中被告人均已全额退赔，被害人的经济损失全部挽回。1

In the first case, a health and wellness fraud scheme defrauded eight elderly victims of over 170,000 yuan 1. The perpetrators impersonated medical experts and fabricated medical conditions to convince seniors to purchase products at inflated prices 1. The defendants received prison sentences ranging from six months to four years and eight months, along with fines between 6,000 and 50,000 yuan 1.
In the second case, perpetrators posed as both transaction intermediaries and buyers, using promises of high-priced repurchases as a cover to defraud six elderly victims of 220,000 yuan between April 2024 and January 2025 1. Defendants Yue and Yang were each sentenced to three years and nine months in prison and ordered to pay fines of 35,000 yuan each 1.
In both cases, all defendants have made full restitution, and the victims have recovered their entire economic losses 1.
