The price disparity between legitimate and underground markets underscores the scheme's profitability.1 Official channels charge dozens of yuan per record or higher, whereas the illicit supply chain offered the same data for merely ten to twenty yuan.1 The buyers were primarily consulting firms and headhunting agencies seeking information for commercial research purposes.1 Secondary marketplaces on e-commerce platforms further facilitated the trade, with ready-to-use recruitment accounts selling for 2,000 to 3,000 yuan and corporate authentication certificates priced around 1,000 yuan.1
