Shortages of hormone replacement therapy products are disrupting treatment for women across the United Kingdom, with two widely prescribed patches experiencing extended supply interruptions.1 FemSeven Conti patches are expected to remain unavailable until the end of November, while Estradot patches face a shortage lasting until January.1 The Estradot shortage, which began in December 2024, ranks as the second longest single-drug shortage in the UK.1
