英国议员要求卫生部常任秘书回避ADHD诊所监管工作

On May 16, 2025, while Jones still held these positions, Keys Group acquired ADHD360 for £22.5 million 1. Jones formally joined the Department of Health on June 16, 2025, following her departure from Keys Group and G Square Capital in early June 1. Labour MP Ben Coleman stated: "Given her recent close association with ADHD360, I would urge Ms Jones to recuse herself from this work" 1. Liberal Democrat health spokesperson Helen Morgan echoed the concern, noting that "any regulatory decisions on such clinics must be completely free from the appearance of conflicts of interest" 1. This request follows Jones's previous self-recusal from matters involving Palantir's £330 million seven-year contract with the health department 1. Additionally, Jones was censured by the Civil Service Commission in June and issued an apology for breaching lobbying rules by working for four medical companies without prior approval 1. A Department of Health spokesperson countered: "There is no conflict of interest. The permanent secretary has appropriately disclosed all interests" 1.
