Shenzhen University hosted a large-scale campus recruitment event as part of the Ministry of Education's "Golden Autumn Launch" national campus recruitment month initiative, drawing more than 350 employers and generating substantial employment opportunities for the class of 2027.1 The participating companies included tech giants such as Tencent, ByteDance, and Huawei, which collectively offered over 16,000 job openings with a total recruitment target exceeding 30,000 positions.1
The job postings reflected a heavy emphasis on technical roles, which accounted for approximately 43.1 percent of all available positions.1 Within the technical sector, software development and research positions comprised 22.4 percent of the total, while product, project, management, and reserve track roles represented 19.6 percent, and sales, marketing, and business development positions made up 12.3 percent.1 Among the technical opportunities, AI and algorithm-focused roles offered the highest monthly salaries.1
The recruitment event was part of a broader national initiative launched by the Ministry of Education on September 17, under which over 9,000 campus recruitment activities are expected to take place nationwide, collectively advertising more than 12 million job opportunities.1
