The cooperation park itself has secured five established gaming enterprises as tenants 1.
However, the transition faces structural challenges rooted in market dynamics. The developer community for WeChat Mini Games has exceeded 500,000, with over 80 percent comprising small teams of fewer than 30 people 1. Such smaller operations consume far less office space than major internet corporations, limiting the absorption capacity for the vacated footprint 1. The impact on surrounding commerce has been immediate—delivery workers report order volumes dropping from 70–80 daily deliveries to 50–70, and at least one retail outlet closed in late June due to plummeting foot traffic 1.
