调查发现，此前引发关注的多项检测均存在明显缺陷。"靠谱老王"的检测存在检测方法未经过严格的方法确认、未将检测到的质荷比数据与甲酰胺精确质量数进行偏差评估等问题1。山东质谱中心的血液检测则出现空白基质检出相同信号、样本检测信噪比未达到定性分析基本要求、人为取舍检测数据点、删除原始数据等问题1。苏州谱择检测存在未开展空白样和平行样检测、样品谱图与甲酰胺标准谱图匹配度仅为7%等缺陷1。联信检测网传报告中虽显示检出值分别为414mg/kg和384mg/kg，但经专业审核认定实际并未检出甲酰胺1。联合调查组于2026年6月22日成立，10月15日公布了调查结果1。

The investigation identified substantial methodological flaws in the original testing that sparked public concern.1 The influencer account "Reliable Old Wang" employed detection methods that lacked proper validation and failed to accurately compare detected data against formamide's precise molecular mass specifications.1 The Shandong Mass Spectrometry Center's blood sample analysis—which had tested 210 specimens—was found to contain blank matrix signals matching the purported formamide signals, with sample spectra failing to meet basic qualitative analysis standards and with researchers appearing to have manually selected or deleted raw data points.1 A third testing facility, Suzhou Puze Detection, had not conducted blank or parallel sample controls, and showed only 7 percent correlation between sample spectra and standard formamide spectra.1 A fourth laboratory, Lianxin Detection, reported values of 414 mg/kg and 384 mg/kg, but these were deemed unconfirmed upon professional review.1
The joint investigation group was established on June 22, 2026, and released its findings on October 15, 2026.1
