旅客可通过南航App"地面交通"专区或东航App"畅易行"专区免费领取单程城际车票1。权益券的有效期为航班计划起飞前一日0时至起飞后一日24时1，适用的上车站点包括深圳机场站（T3）和深圳机场北站1。
Starting October 15, China Southern Airlines and China Eastern Airlines have launched a complimentary inter-city rail transfer service in partnership with Guangzhou Metro Group at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport 1. Passengers purchasing eligible flight tickets can claim free single-journey inter-city rail passes covering seven cities across the Greater Bay Area: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Qingyuan, Huizhou, and Zhaoqing 1.
The vouchers for this service are valid from midnight one day before the scheduled flight departure through 24:00 on the day following departure 1. Travelers can obtain their complimentary tickets through the ground transportation section of the China Southern Airlines mobile app or the "Changyixing" section of the China Eastern Airlines app 1. The service operates at two Shenzhen airport stations: Shenzhen Airport Station (Terminal 3) and Shenzhen Airport North Station 1.
