对于上述违法行为，监管部门已依法进行处罚。新源县聚鑫鼎公正计量有限公司被罚款18万元，其2名检验人员的检验证许可证遭吊销，并分别被处以4万元和3.7万元的罚款1。
On October 15, 2026, China's State Administration for Market Regulation publicly disclosed a batch of business operators guilty of severe violations and breach of trust, including those manufacturing substandard products and issuing fraudulent inspection and testing reports.1
Among the exposed entities, Shandong Noli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. produced defective valve-regulated lead-acid batteries for electric vehicles, with three consecutive supervision sampling inspections determining the products to be substandard.1 Ningming County Taoyuan Automobile Testing Co., Ltd. cumulatively issued 1,451 fraudulent emission compliance reports between April 2023 and August 2024.1 Xinyuan County Juxinding Public Metrology Co., Ltd. issued 35 false vehicle gas cylinder inspection reports, 302 fraudulent water pressure test reports, and 222 fraudulent gas cylinder original records during 2025.1
All three companies have been lawfully placed on the serious violation and breach of trust blacklist.1 Xinyuan County Juxinding Public Metrology Co., Ltd. was fined 180,000 yuan, with two inspection personnel having their certifications revoked and receiving individual penalties of 40,000 yuan and 37,000 yuan respectively.1
