The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) began reviewing a complaint petition on Friday alleging that approximately 1,000 Tesla Model Y robotaxis have been speeding in active school zones.1 The petition, which was submitted in late September, contains three video clips as evidence related to four separate incidents—one formal complaint filed with NHTSA and three reports from social media.1 To date, no collisions, injuries, or fatalities have been reported in connection with these allegations.1
