三季度末中国仓储行业呈现恢复向好态势

中国物流与采购联合会和中储发展股份有限公司发布的中国仓储指数显示，2026年9月份指数为49.7%，较8月回升1.2个百分点1。三季度仓储指数均值为49.5%，虽然较二季度回落0.8个百分点，但季末数据呈现恢复向好的迹象1。

从细分指标看，三季度新订单指数均值达到50.6%，平均库存周转次数指数均值为50.2%，较上年同期提高1.9个百分点1。收费价格指数三季度均值为48.8%，9月回升至扩张区间1。中储发展股份有限公司副总经理杨飚表示，随着稳经济政策持续发力以及四季度消费旺季到来，仓储业务需求有望进一步释放1。
