10月12日，深圳市福田区在外国语学校（香蜜）举办第77个少先队建队纪念日主题活动1。来自全区各学校的少先队辅导员和队员代表共300余人参加了此次活动1。活动由福田区教育局、共青团福田区委员会、福田区关心下一代工作委员会、少先队福田区工作委员会联合主办1。
活动现场开展了诗朗诵、队旗敬礼、五年级队员换戴大号红领巾仪式、思政课堂宣讲等多个环节1。全体队员面向队旗庄严宣誓，喊出"准备着：为共产主义事业而奋斗！""时刻准备着！"的呼号1。这一系列仪式旨在引领少年儿童传承红色基因、树立远大理想1。
近年来，福田区教育系统着力推进少先队工作规范化建设，成绩显著1。该区共建有校外实践基地38个，涌现出全国优秀少先队集体、全国红领巾讲解员一等奖、省十佳红领巾讲解员等多个全国、省市级先进典型1。
On October 12, Shenzhen's Futian District held a commemorative event marking the 77th founding anniversary of the Young Pioneers at Foreign Language School (Xiangmi Campus), with over 300 squad leaders and youth representatives in attendance 1. The gathering was organized by the Futian District Education Bureau, Communist Youth League Committee, Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, and the Young Pioneers Work Committee of Futian District 1.
The ceremony featured poetry recitations, salutes to the squad flag, and a formal ritual in which fifth-grade members exchanged their smaller red scarves for full-sized ones while all participants faced the flag and solemnly pledged allegiance 1. In recent years, Futian District's education system has strengthened standardized Young Pioneers work and achieved notable recognition, including national advanced collective honors, first-place awards for national Red Scarf interpreters, and provincial top-ten Red Scarf interpreter distinctions 1. The district has also established 38 off-campus practice bases to support youth development 1.
