中国人民大学与深圳宝安区开展深度校地合作，推动高等教育资源向产业发展支撑转化。110月12日，中国人民大学举办2026亚太合作高峰对话会在宝安开幕。1宝安作为制造业重镇，规上工业总产值已迈过万亿元门槛，拥有31个制造业大类和5万余家制造业企业集聚。1
中国人民大学社会科学高等研究院（深圳）充分发挥智库支撑作用。12024至2025年期间，该研究院向中央与省市部门送出237份决策咨询报告，其中52篇次获采纳，6篇成果获中央和省部级领导批示。1研究院与大湾区32家党政机关、事业单位建立长期合作关系，累计提供176项决策建议。12026年，该研究院跻身广东省十大社科新型高端智库，成为全省十家入选机构中唯一的异地高校科研机构。1
在产业创新方面，2025年12月，"桃花源·智谷"大数据与智慧产业创新创业园开园，为宝安制造业向全球智造高地升级提供新的发展平台。1在人才培养上，2024至2025年间累计437人次硕士、博士研究生在宝安交流培养。1校地合作还强化了基层干部队伍，累计开展15期干部短训班，培养613名基层及中层干部。1此外，累计组织区内213名中小学生参加"先锋课堂"研学活动。1
Renmin University of China has launched a comprehensive partnership with Shenzhen's Baoan District to accelerate industrial transformation and talent development through academic-industry collaboration.1 The partnership was formally showcased on October 12 when the university hosted the 2026 Asia-Pacific Cooperation High-level Dialogue in Baoan.1
Baoan has emerged as a major manufacturing hub, with its industrial output surpassing one trillion yuan, encompassing all 31 categories of manufacturing industries and clustering over 50,000 manufacturing enterprises.1 Through the collaboration, Renmin University's Institute of Advanced Social Science Research (Shenzhen) has become a crucial policy advisory resource, submitting 237 decision-consultation reports to central and provincial-municipal departments between 2024 and 2025, with 52 reports adopted and 6 achieving central and provincial-level leadership endorsements.1 The institute has established long-term cooperation partnerships with 32 government agencies and public institutions across the Greater Bay Area, delivering a cumulative 176 policy recommendations.1
The university's contribution to local talent cultivation has been substantial. Between 2024 and 2025, a total of 437 graduate students conducted training and exchange programs in Baoan.1 Additionally, the partnership has trained 613 grassroots and mid-level officials through 15 leadership training sessions and engaged 213 primary and secondary school students in research-based learning activities.1 In December 2025, the "Peach Blossom Spring·Smart Valley" Big Data and Intelligent Industry Innovation Park officially opened.1 Reflecting the partnership's strategic importance, the Institute of Advanced Social Science Research was recognized as one of Guangdong Province's ten leading social science think tanks in 2026, becoming the only off-campus research institution from an external university among the ten selected organizations.1
