联检大楼总建筑面积达68.97万平方米1，日通关设计能力为20万人次，高峰可处理30万人次1。设施内配置134条自助通道、68个人工柜台和28条车辆一站式查验通道1。工程采用钢结构设计，钢结构总量达17万吨，钢梁最大跨度36米1。项目按照绿色三星建筑标准实施建设1，并实现了建设全过程零安全事故1。该项目曾斩获第十届建设工程BIM大赛一等奖和第六届工程建设行业BIM大赛一等成果1。

The building spans a total constructed area of 689,700 square meters and features 134 self-service lanes, 68 manual inspection counters, and 28 vehicle one-stop inspection lanes 1. With a designed daily clearance capacity of 200,000 passengers and peak capacity reaching 300,000, the facility serves as the only 24-hour overland crossing between Shenzhen and Hong Kong 1. The structure incorporates 170,000 tons of steel, with the longest beam span reaching 36 meters 1. The project achieved zero safety incidents throughout its construction phase and was built to green building three-star certification standards 1. Additionally, the development received first-place awards at both the tenth National Construction Engineering BIM Competition and the sixth Engineering Construction Industry BIM Competition 1.
