An 18-year-old driver has been hit with eight additional criminal charges following a vehicle collision that struck a crowd in Newcastle on October 3rd.1 Indyka Babric Samarasingha was allegedly behind the wheel of a BMW when the incident occurred, resulting in ten people being hospitalized, including a five-year-old girl.1
