市场监管总局公布7起涉导向违法广告典型案例

市场监管总局近日公布了7起涉及导向违法的广告典型案例。12026年前三季度，全国市场监管部门共查办广告违法案件33754件，罚没金额达1.65亿元。1涉案企业因发布含有性别歧视、低俗擦边、冒用国家机关名义、宣扬封建迷信等违法广告内容被处以行政罚款。1

此次公布的案例中，上海曼伦商贸有限公司被罚款80万元，广西瞬视信息科技有限公司被罚没款26.5万元，广州唐十一商贸有限公司被罚款50万元。1天津市佰意电子商务有限责任公司被罚款45万元，衢州爱派客酒吧有限公司被罚款30万元，南京惠商生鲜贸易有限公司被罚款28万元。1哈尔滨市胜利加油站被罚款20.06万元，四会聚福宝华侨陵园有限公司被罚款20万元。1

与此同时，市场监管部门还督促指导互联网平台企业拦截、清理涉导向违规素材17.5万条。1

China's State Administration for Market Regulation has disclosed seven representative cases involving advertisements that violate guidance standards, with penalties ranging from 200,000 to 800,000 yuan imposed on the offending enterprises.1 During the first three quarters of 2026, market supervision departments across the country investigated and handled 33,754 cases of illegal advertisements, with total fines and confiscations reaching 165 million yuan.1

The violations encompassed discriminatory content targeting protected groups, vulgar materials crossing ethical lines, unauthorized use of state agency names, and promotion of superstitious beliefs.1 Shanghai Manlun Commerce Co., Ltd. faced the heaviest penalty of 800,000 yuan, while Guangxi Shunshi Information Technology Co., Ltd. was fined and had assets confiscated totaling 265,000 yuan.1 Other sanctioned entities included Guangzhou Tang Shiyi Commerce Co., Ltd. (500,000 yuan), Tianjin Baiyi E-commerce Co., Ltd. (450,000 yuan), Quzhou Aipike Bar Co., Ltd. (300,000 yuan), Nanjing Huishang Fresh Trade Co., Ltd. (280,000 yuan), Harbin Victory Gas Station (200,600 yuan), and Sihui Jufu Bao Huaqiao Mausoleum Co., Ltd. (200,000 yuan).1

Regulatory authorities have intensified enforcement efforts by directing internet platform enterprises to intercept and remove orientation-violating materials, with 175,000 pieces of problematic content removed during the period.1
